Cascara is the coffee pulp removed during the washing process. This pulp is then washed and dried, in order to be infused again as a beverage. A pasteurization process followed by laboratory tests is undergone to make the product safe for consumption.
Brewing method : use 4 tablespoons per 500ml of water at 90 degrees Celsius. Let stand for 5-8 minutes depending on the desired strength.
