TASTE
An intense, full-bodied chai carried by the spices of India’s Malabar Coast: ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, black and white pepper, clove, and nutmeg. A rich, spiced, and slightly peppery infusion, gently rounded out by milk and honey. This is Nektar’s signature chai — comforting, aromatic, and perfectly balanced.
USE
This is the same chai base we use in our cafés for our chai lattes. Served hot, it’s smooth and soothing. Served cold, it reveals its freshness and exotic notes.
OFFICIAL RECIPE — NEKTAR CHAI LATTE
1 tsp chai powder
1 tsp honey
1 ½ cups milk
Froth to 60 °C (140 °F)
Ingredients: black tea, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, black and white pepper, clove, nutmeg.
