GUARANTEE AND RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The equipment and accessories are guaranteed by their respective manufacturers who are in the best position to handle a problem situation. You can refer directly to them for the procedure to follow in the event of a breakdown. However, if an item ordered does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to proceed with an exchange or refund provided that the following conditions are met:

The item is in perfect working order and is in its original packaging.

The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

The item is accompanied by the invoice.

Items to be returned must be sent by regular parcel service, postage paid and insured. We do not accept C.O.D. returns or courier deliveries. Once we receive the item, we will check its condition and proceed with an exchange or refund. In the event of a refund, the refund will include the cost of the item as well as the initial delivery charges.
