TASTE
A rich and elegant Earl Grey with a naturally creamy profile. The classic notes of bergamot blend beautifully with a soft, enveloping texture, highlighted by delicate cornflower petals. A refined, floral, and balanced infusion that’s perfect for a calm morning or a cozy afternoon treat.
USE
This is the same tea we use in our cafés to prepare our London Fog. Enjoy it as a latte, or simply steep it in a cup or teapot. Add a bit of milk or a touch of sugar to taste.
OFFICIAL RECIPE — NEKTAR LONDON FOG
2 tbsp Earl Grey tea
1 tsp honey
1 ½ cups milk
Froth to 70 °C (160 °F)
Steep for 3 minutes, then strain.
Ingredients: black tea, cornflower petals, natural flavors.
BONUS ☕️ — CLASSIC EARL GREY INFUSION
For simplicity lovers:
1 tsp Earl Grey tea
1 cup water at 90 °C
Steep for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add a splash of milk or a bit of sugar if desired.
Result: a creamy, floral cup with a light citrus twist.
