Have you ever wondered what happens after you place your orders on our website? We decided to show you what happens in our roasting workshop located in St-Nicolas, just outside of Quebec City.
Our team at the roasting shop is made up entirely of women. They are the ones who take care of each of your orders. Since we do not keep any bags of coffee on the shelves, each bag of coffee is roasted on demand. This ensures that you get the freshest possible coffee in your hands.
