TASTING
A Mexican coffee that embodies all the attributes we seek at Nektar! A classic and comforting cup that everyone agrees on. With a syrupy, chocolatey body, it reveals an authentic expression of terroir, allowing a sweet cranberry aroma to wrap around the "brownie" notes before giving way to a smooth vanilla finish.
ORIGIN
The Puhuac lot is a blend of four different cultivars, harvested in the Puebla region of Mexico. Local small-scale farmers combined their plots, ranging from 1 to 3 hectares of coffee trees, to create an exceptional washed lot. This coffee was fermented in wooden barrels for 24 to 48 hours before being dried on raised beds for 4 to 10 days.
TASTING
In a traditional espresso, this coffee perfectly embodies the pure expression of a "classic" at Nektar. At 9 bars of pressure, with a 1:2 ratio, a double shot enhances any milk-based beverage. It's also the most versatile filter coffee, as it won't denature, no matter whether you add milk or sugar. It’s also ideal for your culinary recipes.
