    TASTING

This Peruvian coffee is a warm and welcoming addition to the autumn menu! Its variety of simple and sweet aromas evoke the nostalgia of our grandmothers' desserts. While the body of this coffee has a rich, praline-like quality, a sweet note of candied orange shines through, leading to a finish reminiscent of barley sugar candy. A comforting yet approachable choice!

    ORIGIN

This coffee comes from the Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios Café Solidario, established in 2017 in the province of Jaén in the Cajamarca region. Collaborating with 256 farmer partners located in the areas of Jaén, Chota , Cutervo, Utcubamba and San Ignacio, Café Solidario is dedicated to implementing innovative projects designed to improve the well-being of their members and stimulate economic and social development throughout the region. Their primary focus lies in the production of high quality coffee and sustainable farming. They also promote environmentally friendly farming techniques, crop rotation, use of organic fertilizers and integrated pest management.

    TASTING

If this coffee is an ideal candidate for a classic, balanced filter, it’s also a top choice for a pleasantly silky espresso! For those who love a filter coffee with the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, the traditional filter method will be a clear favorite. If you're after a traditional espresso that pairs well with milk, you’ve got a winner too. This Peruvian batch takes us into autumn through our taste buds before the leaves even start to fall! P.S. Don’t hesitate to use it for your pumpkin lattes!
