L'été indien
A dose of warmth in every sip
Region: Guatemala, Colombia
Cultivar: A mix of many cultivars
Taste notes: Chocolate, nougat, caramel
TASTING
The été indien is a well-rounded, well-balanced coffee. Its little hint of acidity gives it a pleasantly complex side.
The taste of nougat is very present. Its texture is honeyed and its final chocolaty hazelnut.
A cup with an enveloping taste, a gentle awakening without any bitterness.
ROASTING
It is a clean blend. It is not roasted too dark to let out its small point of acidity, without any smoky taste.
DRINKING
This is our regular classic filter in our coffee shops.
It is possible to add milk or sugar without denaturing it. Even black, it will never taste smoky, burnt or bitter.
It is a coffee that is easy to extract and will forgive parameters that are not perfectly executed.
It is also appreciated in espresso. Even if it will give less crema than La sève, its nougat taste is awesome.
