ORIGIN
Fazenda Santa Lucia is run by Hélcio Carneiro Pinto, who has been active in coffee since the age of 15. After working with his mother, he later managed the farm with his wife Glycia. In the 1990s, he co-founded Aprocam, which helped promote high-quality coffee from Carmo de Minas and introduced the pulped natural process in Brazil. A visionary, Hélcio collaborated with universities and researchers and traveled abroad to improve specialty coffee production. Today, Fazenda Santa Lucia is recognized worldwide for its high-quality Brazilian coffees. The farm spans 740 hectares, with 83 dedicated to coffee cultivation.
