    TASTING

Another powerful demonstration from Diego Bermudez! This regional blend of the Castillo variety is a true delight for the taste buds, delivering an explosion of berry flavors, from the bright acidity of blackcurrant to the luscious, clean note of strawberry, before culminating in a sweet hint of chocolate, reminiscent of top-tier “Bean to Bar” confections. Its unctuous texture enhances every sip, perfectly complementing its creamy body with vibrant field-fruit aromas.
