WARRANTY AND REFUND POLICIES
Equipment and accessories are covered by their respective fabricant warranties. Please contact them if you need any assistance. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to provide a refund or replacement if these requirements are met :
- Item is in perfect condition and includes its original packaging.
- Item has been bought in the last 30 days.
- Invoice is provided.
Items to be returned must be expedited by am insured mail package service. All fees are at the expense of the customer. Nektar will not accept cash on delivery nor any fees from shipping. Once received, item will be inspected and if requirements are met, a refund will be issued. The refund will include the cost of the item as well as the original shipping costs.
