    Ethiopia “au naturel” offers us a vibrant caffeinated orangeade to kick off the year! Sweet aromas of clementine invite us in, and the cup enchants with its remarkable sweetness. It then sweeps us into a tropical journey, unveiling layers of orange, papaya, and candied lemon flavors.     ORIGIN

    From the province of Kaffa, Kossa Geshe farms are the proud creation of Habtamu Abebe! Cultivating exclusively the indigenous variety “74110” within a semi-forest environment at altitudes ranging from 1,800 to 2,000 meters above sea level, these farms have produced exceptional harvests. The result is not only a stunning expression of the terroir but also an organic-certified coffee of outstanding quality!

    TASTING

    From espresso to French press, this coffee reveals a delightful sweetness that allows extractions to either soften or highlight its acidity. Espresso takes the spotlight here, with its balanced double-short shot showcasing clementine and papaya aromas that captivate with every sip. While cow’s milk pairs well, oat milk proves to be an even better companion. For filter brews, this coffee offers a classic experience: a tropical cup that is both sweet and comforting, a testament to Ethiopia's extraordinary terroir.
