TASTING
The coffee that caffeine addicts won’t notice it’s decaf, and those who want to avoid caffeine will doubt that this is really a decaffeinated coffee. With no chemical residue, it is decaffeinated using the natural process that uses ethyl acetate, which is derived from fermented cane sugar. This natural extraction process eliminates the caffeine while preserving the aromatic compounds of the coffee.
We were looking for something that tastes like graham cookie and has no aftertaste of the decaffeinated process. Not all coffee can support the process and keep their flavor and aroma. This one was a big surprise for us.
DRINKING
A rich and smooth decaf with sweet notes of chocolate and nuts. Great with milk as well as black.
