    TASTE

A confident return to tradition, without sacrificing complexity. This Peruvian lot offers a classic, deep, and nuanced profile that invites you to pull another espresso. On the nose, a clear cocoa aroma sets the tone. On the first sip, the cup recalls 65% dark chocolate, supported by a dense, enveloping sweetness. The flavors unfold in successive layers of rich, roasted nuts, from Brazil nut to toasted almond. The finish is long and elegant, revealing a cherry liqueur note that balances bitterness, sweetness, and a subtle yet structuring acidity. A perfectly mastered balance.

    ORIGIN

Passed down from grandfathers to grandsons, Finca El Morito embodies a Peruvian coffee heritage spanning three generations. The farm stands out for its mastery of emblematic varieties, notably Caturra Amarillo and multiple expressions of Bourbon Marshell.Driven by a rigorous quality-control approach and a strong commitment to their community, the producers deliver a washed coffee of remarkable precision. The result is clearly felt in the cup, where tradition and consistency come together seamlessly.

    BREWING

This coffee invites you to reconnect with classic standards. As espresso, the double short is the reference, delivering a dense, expressive, and structured cup. In a latte, it reveals a comforting sweetness, with a subtle amaretto-like note emerging in the cup.For filter brewing, aim for a slightly more concentrated extraction and a finer grind to fully express its depth. Its complexity and timeless profile won over the entire team, and it is sure to do the same at home.
