    TASTE

    This rich and deeply satisfying cup opens with a powerful strawberry aroma, quickly followed by an avalanche of sweet cocoa. Its fruity acidity is balanced by a deep sweetness, while its creamy texture coats the palate. A beautifully complex coffee that brings together the freshness of summer fruit and the irresistible comfort of a chocolate dessert.

    ORIGIN

    Third-generation producers Oscar and Francisca Chacón have taken coffee far beyond a family legacy. For them, it is both a deep passion and a constant source of innovation. Pioneers of honey and natural processing in Costa Rica, they have helped redefine the country’s quality standards. This lot comes from Finca Sabanilla and was processed at their Las Lajas mill, known for its experimental methods. For this honey process, the cherries are picked at peak ripeness, depulped, and then dried on raised beds for approximately seven days.

    BREWING 

    This coffee is an ideal choice for milk-based drinks. Thanks to its bold texture, it cuts beautifully through the milk with a vibrant strawberry note, while its deep chocolate character brings an almost decadent richness to the cup.

    As a filter coffee, it will be a clear winner for V60 lovers. With its creamy texture, fruity acidity, and comforting cocoa, it is bound to steal the show, no matter the recipe.
