ORIGIN
In Kokose, within the Bensa region of Sidama, Bekele Yutute has quickly established himself as a producer to watch. Active in specialty coffee since 2021, he is known for his carefully crafted natural and anaerobic lots. This coffee, produced at the Ganjobe station, showcases the 74158 variety, widely grown in the region. The cherries are dried on raised beds following the traditional “natural” process, contributing to the cup’s depth and signature texture.
