Chemex and Hario - Preparation guide

30g of coffee
(20g for the Hario)

500ml of water 
(320 ml for the Hario)

 Grind : Permanent filter

Étape 1
Wet the filter and place the coffee in it.
Étape 2
Pour the equivalent of coffee into water and wait 30 to 45 seconds.
Étape 3 Pour half of the water with a good flow, covering the entire surface.
Étape 4 Wait 15-20 sec for the level to drop.
Étape 5 Pour in the other half of the water slowly, covering the middle of the surface.
Étape 6
Let the coffee drip for 2:00-2:45 min.
